The infographic using Sketch

I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Sketch from the design community and I have decided to give it a go. I went to their site and signed up for a 2 week free trial and produced the infographic below with Sketch:

The great news: Sketch makes it super easy to design and the UI is a lot friendlier than Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (there’s a few vid resources out there for helpers too).  Safe to say that I will be purchasing the full software shortly.

Well done Sketch, for designing a fantastic design tool!

About this post

PC halved

I decided to move to recently and I was able to put out a site with zero fuss. My challenge now is ‘what should I do with this site?’ (given that I already have this current site up and running).

After much debate, I have decided to transform the new .org account into a landing page which will hook into this site for blogs. To do this, I need some designs for the hero-unit on my front page carousel (it’s looking ugly at the moment). This is where Sketch comes in.

More to follow soon.
